The new Hitchhikers book is out tomorrow though i thought it was yesterday but was mistaken.. Anyway its written by Eoen Colfer some irish dude who wrote the Artemis Fowl books. Not sure whether i agree with this but i will buy the book and read it before i slag it off..

I don't know. I'll read it. I haven't really kept up with any Douglas Adams collaborations since May 11 2001 since....well, they were really no longer collaborations. It's lovely that this other author so reveres the series and its characters, but taking them without basing it on any of the author's intentions besides "I'd like to write a sixth book one day" really accounts to glorified fan fiction.

But really, I won't even read it. I think it's down right hilarious that Eoin Colfer of all people wrote this, as if he wasn't content whoring out his own series for like 12 installments.
