as many of you know someone snapped a picture of michael phelps hitting a RooЯ recently and it got out.

does anyone know exactly what roor that is?
it looks like its probably custom but just wondering.

I believe its a special edition ROOR. I noticed it had a cookie bottom and a single percolator. Definitely cost at least 3 bills.

i doubt it. he's looked at as a world class athlete. this just goes to show even a olympic gold medalist can smoke pot and be amazing. :)

They cant really ban him from the games because he wasnt using Sports Enhancing drugs and thats what the 4 year ban is for. I think the Olympics drug policy for Rec drugs is you have to test + when they do the testing before the games or something like that. I remember seeing it on an episode of intervention. The only thing this fucks with his him getting contracts for sponcers and shit.

For recreational drugs (weed to be exact), there is no ban and no penalty if you test positive for THC metabolites. This happened to a gold medal Canadian snowboarder in Nagano, Japan ('98 Winter Olympics). He lost his medal, but was then given it back fairly quickly when the IOC discovered that there was no ban on marijuana, and that they wrongly revoked his medal.
