this second one i just finished a month or so ago.
it's 72" x 18"... it's a bad capture - i only have my nintendo dsi camera,
and it's so long so i had to splice a few pics together... but the idea is all there. and that's what it was about.

Rappers and DJs aren't exactly great examples of grammatically incorrect statements in art being acceptable, seeing how they are mostly inept at the English language.

yes and no.
first, i would say they could be good inspirations for art - rappers and djs are good at a craft. a musical art, so to speak.

also, the closest thing to rapping would be poetry. no? and would you say that most poetry is grammatically incorrect? i would, actually. but either way, they get their message across.

and if that isn't enough for you... how about artists making grammatically incorrect art.

no punctuation:

hollywood is not a verb. it would either be a noun or an adjective.

no punctuation, and does it even make sense?

whoops! went over the edge. or was banksy being ironical?

so even with grammar/punctuation problesm, does that mean that these pieces don't get their message across?

maybe my message (of 'things is changing'), is that 'vocabulary is changing.'
language is always changing...

Sigh... You're not getting the point at all.

Rappers make rhymes, not poetry. Poetry involves prose, apparent meanings and more so the aesthetic quality of language. Rap is too literal to be poetic, whether it rhymes or not. Also, rappers tend to ignore grammar, as it's mostly slang and idiosyncrasies of dialect.
Whilst your statement that it can be an influence for art is true, anything in the entire world can be an influence on art.

The 'I dont want no retro spective' is a reflection on the nuances of speech, it's most likely a direct quote, rather than the artist failing to state something grammatically correct.
The 'Hollywood is a verb' is making a statement on the commercialization of Hollywood, how it's more of a product than a place. It's not trying to describe it literally and incorrectly do so.
The Banksy one is just fucking obvious. Shut up.

If you're going to react this way to negative criticism every time, don't bother asking for it in the first place.

whilst i appreciate criticism, i've heard your stance before. but don't agree.

How is the first "noobish"?

The dutch angle gives it a comic book feel, as does the black on white. Beyond that, it is otherworldly and a bit trippy. Were it a highres picture, I'd save it to my HD and enjoy looking at it.

mmm, just some things that are a bit off. i notice 'em because i painted it...
like some of the angles are a bit off. and the... lowest 'landing pad', in the lower left corner, what would be the handrail is... slanted down. and it shouldn't be =P
