Thread title basically says it all. I currently have a fair amount of cash saved up and I'm looking to go somewhere that knows how to do the whole Halloween thing correctly (anywhere on earth). Suggestions?

There's a city in Minnesota that is famed for its Halloween spirit. I forget what it's called.

I always thought the best place was with some friends and light a bonfire out in the middle of nowhere. Originally halloween was when people would become pissed off at the weather, so they'd light a big fire and go out and scream at the gods for a night.

I usually go into the city and get thrashed with foreigners and faggots.

I've always been told that Madison, Wisconsin does a pretty crazy Halloween celebration. Something along the lines of huge block parties.
