Whole grain, fruits and veggies, along with soy/tofu products...and spices galore. No meat or dairy and sweets on rare occasions.

I try to eat at least 2-3 meals a day and attempt to prepare my meals to ensure they contain adequate nutritional value(calcium, protein, zinc, iron, b12)

I try not to eat any meat, so I have a high protein shake, lots of fruits and vegetables, and dairy products.

-2 eggs, sausage, and whole grain toast to start off every day. If I'm really hungry, add oatmeal.
-PB+J at lunch, bananas or other fruit, nuts, and carrots throughout the day.
-Pasta
-Meat at dinner with salad/veggies
-Protein shakes pre and post workout
-1/2 gallon milk per day, including what I take with protein
-3-4 L water/day

Lots of Greek/Russian food, all homemade and full of nutrients. Lots of soups, veggies, red meat. I stopped eating junk food and drinking soda (after a doctor's visit) and after six month and 8 pounds( again, i was never overweight) i feel like a fucking Heracles.

Breakfast;
- Low fat cup-a-soup, or a full english breakfast if I'm going out of the house that day.
- Multi-vitamins + vitamin C.
- Cup of tea, 1/2 a sugar.

Lunch;
- Salad, or sushi.
- Water.

Dinner;
- Meat of any kind - steak, fish, pork, surf & turf, etc.
- Chips, or a variety of vegatables.
- Side of salad.

Snacks;
- Fruit; or,
- Low fat cup-a-soup.

How healthy is that?
I get more than the '5-a-day' of fruit and vegatables and I drink water constantly.
Only problem is I only excercise every other day, and that is mostly arm/chest work.

Have fun with your death!

I'm not trying to be healthy. Mental illness is a wonderful thing, my doctor seems to love reminding me of the imminent death regularly.

I've managed to completely cut out bread products. I've felt much better since doing this. Increased my fresh fruit and fresh leuttece intake, and added some frozen veggies to my meals. No cokes of any kind, or anything with artificial coloring in my drinks
Tea and water and black coffee.

i cheat at Whataburger sometimes

coffee tea and water...maybe toast in the morning and cup of noodles for later. Usually i just starve at school because i have to get there at 7:15, and wake up at 6:50.

Then I eat taco bell or burger king. Or come home and eat hellov salad, or eggs and toast. Then my mom makes me dinner. :D

what's with women and not eating meat or dairy, you know we only evolved from cavemen from eating meat and getting the proteins in them. which evolved our brains to where we are today. no wonder there are so many girls that are vegans and coincidently idiots.

I eat on a regular basis pasta and tuna. Pasta for the carbs and tuna for the protein and the fact it is very very good for felxibility. Obviously you have to brush your teeth quite frequently but who says thats a bad thing.

Cigarettes
Unholy amounts of water
Tuna
Chicken
Turkey
Canned and fresh veggies
Tons of fruit (especially when Kiwi is in)
Bourbon, when I can get it.
I try to avoid grains. Trying out the whole 'paleo diet' thing. So far, its working nicely.

Enriched whole grain cereal + soy milk for breakfast with multivitamins, and then throughout the day I usually eat some combination of nuts, pears/apples/bananas, wild rice with beans, whole grain pasta with red sauce and mushrooms and onions, spinach salad, sandwiches with soycheese and veggies and wholegrain bread, stirfried seitan with veggies, olives, mixed nuts, orange juice, black coffee with 1-2 unrefined sugar, water, protein powder after I work out (non-soy, non-whey spirulina-quinoa-etc based powder).

I normally don't eat food that is too processed and/or expensive.
Except soft drink, I drink more than I should in the summer, but in other seasons I normally don't drink that much.

Breakfast- coffee

lunch- coffee, sometimes fruit if I'm hungry

Dinner- Rice, veggies and a protein. Usually fish or chicken, I hate most meat but I like a good lamb chop.

I'm usually not hungry until dinner.
