Cool website about preparing in the event you need to fight an invading force.
Geared more towards a survivalist then a paranoid group starting a militia.

What would you say the minimum physical fitness you should maintain is?

How fast should you be able to run a mile
How many push ups in how long?
How many sit ups, ect.

I'm sure there is a criteria that you should try and meet to increase your likelihood of survival.

I would suggest normal PFT standards as a minimum.
