Did this for the last 5 weeks, gonna do weeks 3-5 again for maybe a few more months. Dropped below 10% BF and got a retarded amount of shoulder muscle. Anyone else wanna try it?

Diet is not necessary.

Thats a good one Sponsored Link, I looked it over and i might actually try it. The only problem i have with it is the lack of abs exercise.
Does anyone have a good abs routine, so i could make a 6 pack into an 8. I understand that to do that, you have to work your ass off on the lower abs, for instance, more running and leg exercises.

I dunno man, those hanging leg raises and weighted sit ups are pretty brutal. 50 lbs weight added on x 50 reps = dead

Fuck.....i'd die after the first 2-3 days i reckon :)
But if i got enough sleep.....and since if i followed the amount of protein-and-carbs per day i should maybe make it to week 3 without dieing :)
But weighted situps.....fuck that lol

Deadlifts/squats/low bodyfat.
Also depends on you're genetics.

ive been looking for something to reinvigorate and refocus my gym sessions, and this looks pretty good i'm gonna try it, though some of those leg sessions look brutal to me...
Wont be eating 8 meals a day either, since size is not of massive importance to me... i'll let you know how it goes eh.

God, looking at the photos on that blog I have to admit I don't know whether to say 'wow, they're strong' or call an oncologist.

Bit of both.
For extra man points, do one night of exercise with only 30 secs between sets.
