For my birthday. I don't intend fo keep many books until I am an adult but these two books are fucking fantastic even if you aren't into Star Wars. Every Page is amazing.

Complete Cross-Sections

Complete Locations

(this image does not do the Outlander Club justice, in the book it lists all the patrons (and their motives, etc.) and shows all the exclusive and illegal activity rooms in the complex)

Fuck.. technical drawing is so amazing. Every page is so good.

I got that book when I was a little kid. In fact it's on my shelf. I thought it was one of the coolest things ever! I even had the book that had all of the different technology from Star Wars, like the inside of the lightsaber and stuff.

I love those books. I had the essential guides to Vehicles/Vessels and Weapons/Technology, they kicked ass.

Rolf just got Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Rolf hears it's full of Jamacian frog-like creatures and Midichlorians...

The Incredible Cross-Sections? Eps 2 and III were released in ~2003 and 2005 respectively. Those are the ones with Curtis Saxton's calculations on reactor power and weapons range for the ships. The newer versions of some of the other guides have those figures. Also the new complete cross-section is more realistic on the Imperial Fleet composition, mentioning that Executor is a Star Dreadnought, and pointing out 'super star destroyer' is Rebel Slang for anything bigger than an Imperial-class, and not a formal classification of warship. They referenced Imperial Star Cruisers and battleships, etc.

Oh, Curtis Saxton is the dude who maintains the Star Wars Technical Commentaries. You know, the page with all the high-end physics and math calculations (he's one of the people with hard science degrees who analyzes Star Wars from a hard-sci POV.). There's some other people like that too, Michael Wong from stardestroyer.net being another one of them.

Also note Wong and his stardestroyer.net forums are full of douches.

I ordered it online. They're pretty rare all in one I think, respectively.
