The event is on December 11th, his first opponent is a boxer with a 12-4 record. Mariusz has boxed before and used to train karate so who knows what his gameplan will be. Will he gas bigtime? Will he get his ass kicked on the feet and on the ground due to lack of experience?

"As of now Pudzianowski's sparring 3x5 no problem.
He’s preparing with Okinski MMA Team in Warsaw, Poland. Quite a big club, focused mainly on amateur MMA and on BJJ. Some good submission guys are there, but no big MMA names. However, some top international level freestyle wrestlers (superheavyweights) helped him also, and there have been some seminars like this one with Mario Sukata. He’s training there for 6 months I think, takes MMA and training in general very seriously.
In recent interview Okinski (current Pudzian's MMA coach) said that he is so strong that he manages to take down he's wrestling sparring partners with ease (including Dariusz "Ponti" Smagowski, one of top Polish 120kg wrestlers)."
I mean, those WSM competitons must demand some kind of endurance and epic cardio so who knows right? he is obviosuly a very dedicated/obsessive competitor so maybe he'll be halfway decent in terms of his skill set?
It'll be awesome to see what someone with his level of pure strength can do in a fight. I think he's 305lbs right now, but I guess he could cut to 265lb limit given he has been 280lbs before.
I can't wait personally.
