I posted this on Totse and again as I said on the last one this is because I'm bored and having been watching Dexter this weekend, all 3 seasons, (First two on DVD and the Third on my laptop through torrents) and after watching those I'm wondering how easy/hard it is for the serial killers to get away with their crimes and how stupid the cops must not be for not catching the killers as soon as they start killing.

My guess is it's extremely easy Dexter's location also helps a lot Florida cities, like Miami, are hectic with drug busts and alike plus dumping bodies in the ocean is very easy.
