I've seen Blunderful make good posts on other forums. Even 5024L or whatever his name was posted useful stuff in BI and NS&H sometimes. The point is, with the trolls being allowed to run loose, nobody feels an incentive to post anything useful.

When everybody else is fucking around, they draw other people into it. If everyone else is fucking around, why would anyone bother to add anything useful?

look at 4chan, it lets people troll in epic proportions, and that is what is great and where their success is. They were more successful than totse and they started in 2003. Totse was a smaller community, but it was the perfect blend of trolling/serious discussion and since we used a outdated bbs or whatever, it made the pages simple and no overused pictures ruined it.

Zoklet has an even smaller community, with the outdated bbs(which is a good thing), has barely any trolling/lulz compared to totse, but at the same time barely has any good info because the fucking mods are too nazi and are trying to force people into posting only useful info. We need a perfect balance that totse had, but the mods dont want that. Totse had tons of serious discussion and lulz. Zoklet has killed the lulz severly and hence is actually killing serious discussion. Why go to site to talk serious if i cant have some fun?

And just how do you suggest you guys decide who is a quality poster and who is undesirable? If mods like Spectral get their way, just about every user would be banned. The spammers are not the ones destroying your community. They are merely pointing out that you, the mod and administrative team, are doing a damn good job of it all by yourselves.
