How do I get my friends to be serious?

Me and my friends are starting to get into live action role playing. We all have fun, but my friends never take it seriously. I understand if we're going through a forest on our way to slay the dragon, but once we get there, we should be all business. But no, these fucking faggots laugh and giggle and joke and dont take it serious. I am the only one that puts any effort into the slaying the beast. T herest just dick around. I am also the only one that a has a full set of metal armor. We go down to the park and the only people in uniform are me in my battle armor and my little brother in the dragon costume. I would lend out my mage robes, but no one actually knows how to play the mage but me, so I don't lend it out. During the battles they just throw frisbees or footballs and talk to girls there and laugh with them while I am attempting to slay the beast. Is there a way I could convince them to take it serious?

In theory, you would think so. I mean, that what motivates me to train hard. I would watch youtube videos of professional larping and strive to match their greatness. These guys just stand at the sidelines and chit-chat with girls watching me and laughing. Theres something wrong with these guys.
