Theres tons of fan-made non-copyright packs on torrent lists. Try thepiratebay or demonoid.

thx. I was hoping some people could recommend good simfiles or packs. I know of the ones hosted on the official stepmania site, and those linked to the site (sites simply hosting shitloads of simfiles)
