Anyone know where I can get live satellite feed without the price.. like in a google earth way

No such service exists for free, or none that are readily available anyway.
What is it exactly that you need to observe?

The problems with the service in question:
The satellite would be on a fixed orbital path, because of this you would be unable to control what it looked at, only seeing what it was over at the time.
They couldn't very well allow random people on the internet to control the camera and zoom in on things because a) there are too many people on the internet and only one camera b) people are stupid and this is a multimillion dollar satellite.
Who would put a satellite like that; one that would have the NSA, CIA, FBI and military sweating blood, up there and then allow ANYONE to use it?
