The people upstairs of my apartment decided to have a party at 1 AM on a motherfuckin wednesday. If that doesn't deserve some kind of revenge I don't know what does.

Assuming they work, make them late every morning. Put a bin full of water up against the door early hours in the morning, it'll gush in when they're about to leave for work. If they leave it it'll soak into the floor and leave a horrible damp smell. If it's laminate it'll swell and fuck up eventually after too many accurances, and get inbetween the grooves.

Boot in their door and invite EVERYONE, even random people, in to have a party whilst they're at work or away.

Well there was a Jackass episode once where they they were having RV wars and I think it was Bam's RV that had Ryan go in the other RV and shit in their microwave and set it to like a half hour.

All in all...break into their apartment, take a shit in like a plastic bag, and put it in their microwave, get that shit steaming, and peace it.
