I got fucking OR'd! I got that pretrial service, of whaterver it is called. I got arrested for trying to cash one of those fake Nigerian checks. They said knowingly trying to cash a fraudelent check is a felony. They searched my car in the parking lot, and found a letter, from a friend who sent it, proving I knew they were fake. Fucked.

The DA is going to laugh and give you deferred probation anyway. Or you can cough up $2000-5000 for a lawyer and get it dropped completely.

If your having trouble coming up with lawyer money I have a friend in Africa who has a sum of 4.3 million and just needs you to deposit a check from him for $8,512 so his family can get visas ;)

Tell the whole story of what happened. How much was the check for? How did you get it(your friend sent it?) Where did you try to cash it and how did the cops get you?

And getting let out OR is the usual deal for a small offense or first time offender.

I can honestly say this is the stupidest thing I have done in my entire life. And I remember being in the womb. I had to be fucked up yesterday. I mean, anyone with a IQ above 70 would know they were dropping dime if they go to the manager with the check. I don't understand what I was thinking. And my car was on video, and the thing was fake, so they had legal right to search it, even though I gave no permission. I fucked up. They took my fucking gun. I realise it was stupid, I don't need 50 flame responses, but that is to be expected from Totse. Damn. If you stop flaming, maybe I will tell the whole story.

the idea here is to scam the nigerians not let them scam you. a while back i was contacted by some fool while on icq or something. he said he lived here in the states ect. ect. ect. you all know the scam. well i played along gave him a drop address to send merchandise to ect. when the merchandise came to the drop address he contacted me and wanted me to forward the stuff to nigeria. It was at this point that i told him that i wasnt some scrub 9 to 5 er and that i had been in the scene for qutie a few years, doing ops and so forth. i told him that i wanted him to send me western union for like $750 and i would forward the stuff to him.(and they say there is no honor among theives) He agreed but never sent the money and swore he did ect. Well i got like 4 digital cameras, 5 mp3 players, & 2 laptops. put them all on craiglist and had them sold in 2 days for the nice sum of $3700. The reason for this little story (and not that it will help cause driveby is probably sitting in the jail dayroom watching tv or some shit) If you are in this scene and you do ops or other "bad ideas" you need to always be on top of your game and if your outside the field of your expertise then you should take a step back stop posting so much to build your rep. and learn before you leap. Sorry so long i kinda got carried away.
