Jeff and Zok are working in cahoots. Jeff threatens to close totse resulting in a population explosion on Zoks' site, Zok with this new population can sell add space on his site for a greatly inflated price. With the revenue generated by the adds the profit is funneled back into totse to pay for severs and what not. It's the classic scheme people!!!
