well it won't immediately get you laid, but if you pick up a few phrases and know a little bit about the food it's a quick ice breaker for any non-westerners. n' yeah korean people are pretty proud of their culture so they generally show appreciation when a westerner knows a few things.

what else...they generally like clean cut looks (they're super fashion conscientious (but somehow they still manage to look like idiots with what they wear quite often)), but honestly the fact that your white should be enough.

i dunno i guess the best advice i can give is pick up 3 or 4 phrases (toss a funny one in there like "king pig" or "buffoon" that way they laugh) n' be yourself.
