Get piss drunk and leave your debit card and ID at the club. Start walking down the street cause you are FUCKED UP and ready to go home. Catch a cab because you are too fucked up to wait for the bus. Get to your house and realize you can't pay the cab driver because you left your debit card at the club. Cab driver freaks out and threatens to call the police, won't take you back to the club because you already "screwed him". take his number and give him your old expired ID so he can hit you up tomorrow when you can settle up. Calll him back the next day and he doesn't answer. Catch a bus back to the club, get your ID and debit card back and enjoy a few more drinks. Cab driver never calls you back. Profit??

Hypothetical Easy online scams

So my friend has a way to get paypal money out pretty easy now, but is having trouble with actual scams and places to pull off. She has tried gumtree/craigslist but it hasn't worked in a long time since the adamant advisement to meet face to face only. Last she had done was a video game account scam a couple months ago, which worked successfully, but she doesn't have anything really to sell with now.

No ebay account, etc. Where would be a good place to do this? She can get the money out of the paypal account in about 1 minute or less easily from home into cash, but she just needs to find and figure out some easy and good scams to pull off first.

Forclosed homes

Depending on your states laws, there might be no one living in a forclosed home. Look for bank owned ones.. But there are usually hundreds of forclosed homes in a neighboorhood. Its not like an abandoned house and no one even second guesses you are going in. You go to the basement where the water heater is and see all those shiny copper pipes and have your way at them. There are several doors in the basment that lead to wiring and copper pipes. so make sure to check all of them. There is also SHIT TONS OF WIRE and and not just pipes but thick ass copper wires. Its like a fucking gold mine, but a lot of the piping leads into a wall or over a crevice which you can see but cant crawl into. Good idea for some of you fucks. The risk is not worth the reward so i will never bee doing this

If i were to insure and mail a large parcel of 'brand new clothes' ( i would use a bunch of misprinted fruit of the loom tshirts you can buy on ebay for peanuts) to say, my grandads who has a different name, and then went there and sat the box in a puddle for a day then claimed to the postal company that the box had got wet and all the clothing was ruined with �500 of new clothes in, and showed them a legit invoice from my work for the �500 'print job' as well as a photo of the fucked tees, who reckons they would pay out the �500 bucks it was insured for?

If you have a non-smartphone, just some 10-$15 phone, all they can tell is which tower you are getting a signal from right? Or can they look at other towers to see how strong the signal is to those and figure out exactly where you are?

Question from co-author pertaining to fiction novel.

If Steve, the protagonist, were to have committed a felony status heist at a department store - how should he be caught?

Right now the story is set up to have him jack ~2000 worth of items.

He stuffs the items into containers and walks out into outdoor section of store, which is supposed to be closed at night, but he found out how to open the doors. He spots a camera near the exit to the outdoor section.

He then climbs over the outdoor gate/walls and loads the items into his marked vehicle.

He does this twice. The first time it is easy. The second time it seems like they have caught on, as they have removed the items he climbed on to get over the wall- but he still pulls it off.

BUT- after the 2nd time, he notices a camera pointed at the spot the haul was loaded into the vehicle which he does not believe was there before. Only two items were not in an opaque 'container.'

The cameras undoubtedly have footage of Steve's face and license plates.

It has been weeks since the feat, and he has returned to the store many times without any negative occurrences.

Steve's character is stricken with fear of a letter in the mail or a knock on the door, paving the way for his incarceration.

The employees at the store are absolutely retarded and seldom take very offensive measures from what Steve has observed.

Should Steve get caught, or should he get away with it?

OR: should he pull some social engineering and destroy the video records- something that is extremely difficult.

If he gets caught, how long will it take and what will be the process of his trial?

I have a good idea for all you aspiring criminals, i shouldnt post this but im most likely never going to do it so its safe. Tell me what you think

Get a job as a truck driver, it shouldnt take long, you need to get a big rig license and do a couple driving courses or someshit.

When your hired and go to deliver some merchandise ,have a buddy of yours rob you, make sure he wears a mask since there might be cameras in the truck. Make it look real. Have him carjack you at a rest area on a major highway provided there isnt anyone else there. Remember to make it look real, and have him drive the truck somewhere and unload as much shit as he can into a van or soemthing. Have your buddy tie you up or steal your mobile phone or both so you have an excuse as to why you didnt call the cops right away. This will buy your friend time to do his thing. . . Think about details though. Might take a little while because you have to wait a couple months because if you do it first day on the job they will suspect you or you can use reverse phsycology and do it the first day. Oh and uh dont commit crimes. But if you pull it off you will potentially have hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of fucking shit. Fencing it is another story all together

Bad idea - in the UK many post offices are within W.H.Smith stores; take in or grab a jiffy bag, put pricey items in and then post it to yourself/somewhere safe.

Also does anybody know how the security tags in Wilkinson are deactivated? They are those flat, square sticky ones - if one were to barcode one of these, would it be automatically deactivated through the tills or is it smarter than that? The standard ones in ASDA/Tesco etc are no problem.
