How can you do it and be prepared to? I was talking to someone from zoklet and she was telling me how the vet charges you so much, but if you had the stuff (IV and stuff like that) you could do it on your own. It's just a matter of having it in advance.

I'm guessing if you get shot in the torso there is no way to get around seeing a doctor. It's probably possible that you could get hit and it not fuck anything major up but unlikely. Maybe I'm wrong, if so, where could you get hit, from what angle etc.?

Getting hit in the limbs though...What supplies would you need? What do you do? Say if your femoral artery is hit, or you suspect it has been what do you do?

Besides surgery to repair things, I think you could do what a doctor could do just as well.

I bought a fn scar 16 Tuesday night. I am pretty exicted about it. The rifle is really light and hardly any recoil. My only complaint was it didn't come with much.

Zf 41 German scope + Bracket needed!

So I have a k98 rifle that came with the mounting rail for the Zf41 scope and accurized trigger from the factory, but no scope or mounting bracket. Where can I find one of these scopes and its bracket, either originals or reproductions, that is not eBay?

Now I know a fair amount about guns and have owned some I got to know intimately, same with some calibers via other people. Now I see a lot of this .17 ammo (not pellets, more like hornady or HMR I think). I have an old school one-shot air rifle that is made out of wood and the breech is metal. It has fooled many people and is very solid (heavier than my 10/22 was).

I would pressure test it from a distance first of course, but is a BB or pellet (shoots both) too small for the barrel to accommodate the .17? Jerry rigging a firing pin mechanism on this would be a breeze.

On an unrelated note:

Might be good for states where SBRs aren't allowed but AR pistols are, also good for states where there is no legal way to have a loaded long gun in your vehicle, also good because fuck the NFA.

Also at under 200$, you really cant go wrong, it takes ruger clips, and it has a lifetime of about 5000 rounds....

Pretty impressive for a little piece of plastic that is in the same price range as a nintendo wii...
