I’m not saying these ladies did it, but when you look at the image of the blast site below and back at the images of them shoving that bag under the railing (then back to the blast site.. and back to the ladies. repeat), one has to wonder why they casually pushed that pressure cooker sized bag under the rail at that particular spot. The image they claim shows one of them dropping a bag near there actually shows him walking by CARRYING the bag. So these two ladies certainly seem more suspicious to me.
