Idk what a pressure cooker bomb is but I saw on inside edition they took black powder out of $200 worth of fireworks. First of all if you had to use blackpowder why not just buy it? I dont even think it's regulated. Maybe past a certain amount but not the amount needed to make their bombs.

Also wtf would you use blackpowder? Modern smokeless gunpowder is a lot more powerful. And I've never tried but ammonium nitrate explosives I think are fairly simple to make. After OKC its more regulated but they didn't have to blow up a building. They didn't need truck loads of fertilizer.
