    I would say he is closer in "spirit" to Bach as Brahms few organ works are of a decidedly German and methodical feel that have very little to do with romantic music.
    VERY Neo-Baroque

    Max Reger:
    Though less of a master he can use some Baroque compositional styles and techniques well. He also draws from traditional German organ literature.

    Also I would add Liszt to that list.
