Starting a weekly zoklet themed podcast

Since it will be for the community I will need you(the users/admins) to vote on several things.

Name: zoklet radio seems a little bland, submit ideas

Slogan: I was thinking of using "Raw Data. Raw Nerves" but if someone has a better idea i might use that.

Positioning Statement: you know on the broadcast radio stations "we play all the hits" thing they play ever 20 minutes? well we need something like that.

Moniker: basically a mascot.

Music, while this will be roughly an hour I need SOME music to play. I might as well let people request songs. I will try to balance music genres but no guarantees.

updates, I will need mods/admins to send me weekly updates of whats going on. also users can submit things they want everyone to hear and etc.

NOTE: while this will be a "for the community" type thing "I" will have the final say on virtually everything.

so submit ideas for all thats listed above, ideas for shows & segements. and whatever comments you have about it.

You don't need to broadcast live. Get a ventrilo server, record that shit and you can make that into a podcast. You can act like people connecting to the ventrilo are phone ins. That's mighty fucking gay though, as are all of you by the way.

I have decided to take calls from skype, and play the best ones on the podcast. Im not sure what time saturday, but i will let you all know.

UPDATE: I just made a skype account it's

I don't have the voice mail service, but if a few people want to donate money ill gladly put it to good use. I will be on Saturday, (GMT -5, US Eastern Time) 4PM-6PM. ALL calls will be recorded but you must stare exactly who you are in each call. Also, after i am done I send send a PM to each user to verify it was in fact, them calling. Any calls without a user confirming that they made the call will NOT be included into the broadcast. If you don't know. skype is a free online phone service. they charge nothing to make an account and to call other people with skype accounts.

I may also set up something on the Zoklet Ventrilo server, I have PM'd Jukebox_Hero about this,

Dude, you've already failed.

And besides, for such a project to be successful it has to be started by a popular member. Someone people will actually give a fuck about listening to. Every totse radio thing so far failed before it ever got the chance to start. I don't see how it will be any different with zoklet.

not one person, but several people said if they had mics for their computer they would have. the quick fix to that is to post my phone # but nto way in hell am i doing that, plus i have no way to record those calls.
