I just think alot of good content is lost due to over-moderation, new users aren't made to feel welcomed, and old users aren't respected or acknowledged. Personally I rally for less power within the mod-ranks, more acceptance to content of all kinds, and active admins with humility who over-see everything.

A mod's duties should consist of cleaning up "spam, cp, pi, and flooding."

Lately most infractable offenses are constantly misconstrued to serve a moderator's personal agenda. Fuck that. This site is the last beacon of hope for preserving the spirit of totse. Do we really want to watch it ruined by afew over-zealous mods and apathetic administrators? I don't think so.
