I know I'm fucking running out of disk space, I don't need to know every 30 seconds!
Honest to god, what the hell was Bill motherfucking Gates thinking when he decided to have a low disk space warning pop up multiple times a day. I fucking know I'm low on space.

why does audio take so long to load at start-up and why is it so resource intensive. My computer is noticeably slower until the speaker pops up in the system tray.
even then, its a piece of shit.
ALSO
i called MS and asked for the source code to the windows API, so i can get some apps working under linux,would you believe they said no? I even said please and everything....

My biggest peeve with Windows is how many problems it has, yet it is the most widely used operating system. Anything else in the world people stop using if it turns out to be crappy, but not Windows...

I don't know which version you use, but in any case there are articles that show you how to disable that. No need to get frustrated before you've searched Google.

You may just be running out of disk space but just in case you've MYSTERIOUSLY been loosing disk space check how big your /windows/temp folder is.
I was getting those messages a little while back it turned out that Adobe Acrobat Reader had glitched and put 37gb worth of .tmp files in my temp dir. Worth taking a look at.
My most hated part of windoze is how there is no decent Console/Terminal. I also hate how un-customizable it is by default.
If we're talking Vista / dozer 7, I've got nothing to say because it's obvious.

all windows computers ive ever used slow down over time to porridge speeds, no matter what you do to combat it, like its pragrammed to do it with the nternal clock or something. its also pretty damning when no other system seems to do it either.
