Yeah basically I'm quite happy getting 3 solid meals a day with a few snacks in between (fruit sometimes, biscuits other times) and I quite like drinking a few nights a week, mostly beer, sometimes whiskey + mixer.
For training I try and go to the gym two-three times a week, doing a lot of cardio and I cycle several miles a day. I'm also doing muay thai once or twice a week. My weight is naturally around 180-185 lbs and I'm 6'3 height. Without changing my routine drastically are there a few pointers or exercises anyone recommends?

if your not worried about gaining weight but want big muscles, eat lots more shit, lots of meat, fast food is rich in protein, and when your not eating have a protein shake in between meals.
but if your trying to lose weight as well, replace your meals with protein shakes, and if you want to get drunk drink red wine (sugarless) or drink ur whiskey strait (be a man, you dont need no coke with your whiskey unless its powdered coke)
also, pro hormones and other drugs help ten times more then any diet, meth and coke will stop you from eating, and give you the energy to go beyond what your body can handle, and the prohormones to cheat and triple the muscle growth.
