I'm on 19 meals per week, pretty much whatever size you want.
(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner all weekdays- Brunch + Dinner weekends)
However, only ever have lunch and dinner in the week (10 meals) and only have brunch on Sunday (3 meals)...so I'm only eating 13 meals per week and am losing a fair bit of weight.
I stack my plate fucking high though, especially with potato based goods- and always have a pudding and an apple with it, so a fair bit of energy. I don't eat anything else either, the other kiddies eat pizza/burgers on nights out but I stay in and hoard my money. I'm fairly active, walk around a reasonable amount- and do kickboxing 6 hours a week.
You'll probably lose quite a lot, muscle too.

I don't drink, but that's by choice- sometimes it slips my mind how much of a conservative fundamentalist christian shithole your country really is. Come do university here- plenty of US people and they all love getting tanked up legally.
