Confused Are the BBC using photoshopped images for their stories?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8486406.stm

That looks like a blatant shoop.

I don't know photoshop enough to be able to spot fakes with ease but I am pretty sure 90% of photos used by any corporation are photo enhanced in some way, shape, or form.

The media always puts in pictures that have nothing to do with the story they are talking about. Trying to shock you or sway your opinion.

Probably.

I know that some news networks use Photoshop to make people they don't like look shitty/older/uglier, etc.

Doesn't look photoshopped to me. I mean sure, it's probably been slightly edited and enhanced, but I've used photoshop and GIMP since I was 8 and it doesn't look chopped. Though the image may be too low-res for me to tell.

Judging by the shape of the arch of her hand, the angle and proximity to her mouth, and the white shit on her lips, I'd say they shopped out a cock.

i don't understand why the media and advertising do this shit. like i've seen lists of "worst photoshopped pictures" and a lot of it is like magazine ads where the model has 3 hands because they fucked up the picture. why photoshop it anyway? why not just take a fucking real picture? it's not like it's a picture of anything hard to do or unbelievable. just some bitch standing there.

i guess they combine parts of her from different pictures that turned out the best?

Why would they even need to shoop that? It's not like it's a hard thing to find drunk teenagers.
