I live in the same area, and I would say that's pretty accurate. There is quite a bit of variation between different kinds of stamp bags, there is even a little variation bag to bag. Id say the range Ive seen in stamp bags is between .07-.11g and they could be considered as potent as 60-90mg oxycodone. $20/bag, 150-180/bundle is pretty standard here.

I've noticed a few different kinds of cuts in bags too, hell if I know exactly what it is, but some of the shit is pretty nasty.

What the fuck are you talking about? Bricks just mean 50 stamp bags, as a bundle is 10 stamp bags....All white heroin generally comes from China, off white heroin comes from the middle east, and tan comes from columbia, but also can very depending on the manufacturing process that was synthesized or cutting agent that was added that might distort color....Also white heroin is also confused for china white these days....
