I don't consider myself inshape after the knee and foot injury. It leaves me slower than a turtle with broken legs when running.

I'm in reasonable shape but would like to tone my abs back to where they were about 3 years ago.

Same. 5'8" and a halfish, 160lbs. BF at 14% last time I had it tested. I don't have a gut or look fat, but I wouldn't call myself healthy. Other than a good amount of daily walking, I don't exercise at all. I don't eat shit constantly, though; ideally I only have one big meal a day in the late afternoon, with small snacks in the morning and at noon.
