They JUST discovered this? It is a fairly small one but it is supposed to erupt within 2-3 years, when that happens this oil problem will sky rocket. It's only leaking 5,000 barrels a day.

Soon it will be leaking 500,000 barrels a day!!!!!

I really doubt it would blow up. And if it did...fuck it? Shit erupts all the time in the ocean. It's nothing new.

PS - Most of that oil will probably be gone. This resevoir they fucked up is too big a chash-mine to just ignore after this. You can bet BP is going to get right back up on that horse, unless this, combined with the refinery they blew up, and the spill over in Alaska when a pipe-line burst bankrupts them.
