Question regarding withdrawing PayPal funds untraceably

So I can create PayPal accounts anonymously, cause where I'm from (New Zealand), you don't need to link a credit card or use a social security number, all you have to do is click a link in an email and your rolling... but the problem I have is withdrawing funds (that are made unlawfully) from that PayPal account, without doing it directly into my bank account from the PayPal.

I was thinking that I could possibly just move around a bit between other accounts then withdraw it and close the original account, but it's messy and doesn't seem that effective.

So I was wondering how could I solve my problem??

Do you have access to fake IDs? Can you get a mail drop in NZ? Can you open a bank account easily online in NZ with fake info?

If so put all thee together.
