this is a pic I posted on 3/3/2010
My routine is pretty much a 5 day split, ie. chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders. Each day I do 4-5 exercises per muscle group, 4 sets of 8-10 per exercise, and abs 3 days a week (for abs I do cable crunches, dragon flags, and decline crunches while hugging a 45 lb plate). No cardio yet, just a good diet.

That's the Adonis belt, I have it naturally because of genetics but if you want it you gotta blast your obliques. Prior to my before pic? I guess I just ate and got chubby, if that's what you're striving for.

Obliques aren't genetic, anyone can build good obliques. One good way is to put a broom stick behind your head between your arms and spin back and forth, stretching them.
And you sound like you're overtraining your abs. You should only train them once a week when using weight, like every other muscle. What was your start weight and weight now though? I always thought you were basically going for the fit look and not really body building, given that you say you ate under maintenance etc.

I had my adonis belt when I was 17%bf so that's why I say it was genetic.
I started at like 195 and then cut down to 174 with the master cleanse and eca stack, and now I'm back around 187 empty. I was just gonna go for a 6 pack as fast as possible, hence the under maintenance part, but then I got peer pressured into clean bulking by misc and /fit/. I'm about 500 over maintenance now.
