Live Salvia Plant, or Salvia Cutting in Tissue culture?

The live seedling is $20 total, and the rooted Salvia in tissue culture is like, $38 dollars.

Which one do you think I should get?

I started growing salvia a while back from a rooted cutting. I gotta say its a PITA to get the cutting going you have to make a humidity tent for it and watch for mold etc. the plants are a bit easier as they are already acclimated to a lower humidity environment. I actually grow mine outside but the humidty is high here.

If this is S. divinorum, OMG! Buy it NAO for humanity!!! Seeds, let alone seedlings in S. divinorum are like finding gold. If it is S. splendens you speak of, whichever is cheaper I guess would be the more appealing. I am inexperienced on the contents of S. splendens. Both seem to me to be small enough to have fair shipping, so I dunno.

Just as some info, IMO it's more shipping frinedly for it to be in agar. Soil can be made loose. There is a solution to soil thoutgh. When I got it off of ebay in 2005, the shipper took a coke bottle (20 oz.), cut it 3 inches from the bottom, placed the plant and soil in, and taped around the stem of the cutting to secure the soil. He then taped the rest of the coke bottle around which helped act as a humidity dome.

Well, I decided to wait for the S. Divinorum, and just wait for my S. Splendens seeds to arrive (Since I don't have enough money yet)
