I like Mel Gibson, both as a person and as an actor/producer. I don't think his career is over. Rest assured that Jew-run Hollywood is trying to ruin his career, though.

The kind of movies the man makes require financing beyond his own means. Even if he does spend his own fortune on production, he will have quite a bit more difficulty pulling in the sheer number of artists required to complete a feature film of that scale.

And the public isn't forgiving enough at this point to get the box office numbers high enough to return the expense of production and promotion- he'll bankrupt himself if he tries.
