I love this band. For some reason every time someone brought them up in the past, I always thought they were some hair metal band from the mid 80s that I'd hate. But earlier this week I actually listened to them and holy shit, I'm in love.
I've spent years looking for similair bands to Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly, that folk-punk sound, but no luck so far. Everything is either too folk like, or just punk.
Used to thrive on Flogging Molly when I was 13/14. Still think they are cool but don't really listen to them anymore.
Would like to see them live but missed my chance a few years ago.

Listen to the album "Red Roses for Me" by The Pogues
It's the only album of theirs that I thought really had a similar punk influence. Most of the songs are very good and catchy, it feels very similar to Flogging Molly's better work.
