True dat! I had a couple of .380 autos, NIB, that I had for like to years with no takers.
Then I sold them both, the same day.
Back to topic--I have found that having a gun to sell which you bought privately--and hence cannot be traced--is a factor which tends to justify high prices.
Also, throwing in ammo or a holster or a hard case can add disproportionately to your selling price.
