That looks like a fairly weak tornado to me. I saw a video of this tornado from farther way, and it seems like a massive wedge-type at first, but on closer inspection it also seems like it could just be some low-hanging clouds/condensation and strong winds.

I've seen conditions like that in heavy thunderstorms with no tornadoes, so it seems intense but not tornado-intense. Maybe it was only EF1 or 2?

Edit: EF1 tornado and macroburst, apparently. Cool shit though. Also the remix is funny.
