weed helps me sleep its about the only thing that does but its just a big waiting game until i can get some next "maybe a month"
i dont know what to do until then. tomorrow i got 20 miles to walk and doing that when you not got much sleep makes you feel like shit

If you're having trouble sleeping, try meditation/relaxation techniques. This is what works for me anyway:
Focus on breathing deeply.
After a few breaths count backwards from 100 with each out breath.
On the first count (100) relax yourself as deeply as you can.
On the second count (99) relax yourself even further.
Etc.
By 95 or 94 there shouldn't be any more numbers.
Occasionally this doesn't work, but it's usually because I'm thinking about something still, or I'm not relaxed enough. I find it focuses my mind enough for me to let go.
