Fvorite tripping album?

For me its a tie between merriweather post pavillion by animal Collective, and Kid A by radiohead. What is your favorite album to trip to?

You know I'm going cliche and saying Dark Side of The Moon for two reasons.

It's just fucking awesome to trip to and I think it's probably the only album I've ever really listened to all the way through while booming.

Yeah Atom Heart Mother is a great album. It's one of those albums I always regret not listening to the next day after a trip. I dunno..I have a really hard time with music when I'm tripping. Nothing ever feels right so half the time I find myself in silence while tripping.

I'm going with you on this. With DSOTM the thing a lot of people don't understand is that is has the select ability to make people actually listen to all of the songs. It's the only album that I can put on and just let it play. None of the songs suck. Overall, it has a great feeling too. It's sort of introverted yet isn't entirely morbid. It leaves you to interpret the varying degrees of sadness or optimism. It's YOUR experience, how YOU feel like having it.

I promised I wouldn't listen to the album until my first time tripping. It did not disappoint, my mind was blown. Although I much prefer other Pink Floyd songs sober, Great Gig in the Sky is absolutely mandatory for tripping IMO.

Perfect weather + beach + psychedelics + ipod with BOSE headphones = Bliss

The Velvet Underground and Nico is my favorite, although the Woodstock movie comes pretty close to second. Any album becomes my favorite when tripping though, with a few exceptions.

No way I always listen to shpongle at least a little bit each time I tripped, on thanksgiving we each ate a 10 strip and smoked some deemsters, lol we also had some 5-meo-dalt that shit sucks, but We made some mescaline cuz my friend brought home about 6 huge san pedros he got in santa cruz, anyway we were all tripping hard and played shpongle like all night..
