Looking for some programs

So to do some advanced stuff im looking to get some programs. The names of the programs are "M o c h a" and "S i l h o u e t t e" without the quotes and spaces of course. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Feel free to PM me, thanks.

They're some rather rare programs to get a hold of... If you can't find them, Adobe After Effects can do rotoscoping/interpolation. Might not be your first choice, but it's faaaaaaaar easier to find.

Mochas on demonoid, yes, but its for mac. What do i gotta do to make it work for windows?
