Is it bad to be called weird?

For some reason I always get labeled as weird. I just started a new job today, and I walked by these cashiers and one of them said casually he's weird. Didn't let it bother me, because I'm always called weird by someone, so I've learned to accept it. So zoklet what does it mean to be weird? Is it a good or bad thing? I honestly can't tell anymore. I'd like to think it means I'm interesting, but I don't get that when I'm called weird.

embrace it

figure out what makes you "bad" weird, which (more often than not) is just awkwardness/social anxiety whatever, and that's something you may consciously have to work on. happens to everyone at some point, alcohol usually helps.

figure out what makes you "interesting" weird and embrace, expand on, and enjoy it.

I'm pretty social, I try to talk to whoever I can. But when I was in jail my nickname was Michael Myers, I asked a couple guys why they thought I was Michael Myers, and they said they reminded them of a sadistic violent spree killer. I was glad I was Michael Myers so I didn't get fucked with. But I have a babyface, aren't babyfaces usually considered harmless?

And to ihatemidgets whenever I let my freak flag fly, I usually get the "dude you shouldn't think like that, like those thoughts aren't like normal man." I don't know maybe I should start hanging out with more actual degenerate freaks instead of the pussy whipped friends I have who let their girlfriends how to think the "right way" (you know the type) and who only only drink and smoke weed. Idk, this small town world gets old fast.

Ok this girl that called me weird I knew because my friend was dating her friend. She tried to fuck me a couple times but she's a huge slut, not a big turn on for me. So I declined her, I'm thinking she may be salty cause I didn't give her the dick. But anyways I still get called weird on a regular basis.

Picture me like this, straight laced kid dresses normal no designs just solid colors seems bright, nice young face. But I think my problem is, I tend to daydream a lot and people tell me I got that 1000 yard stare, eerily similar to a crazy person. A lot times I don't feel human, all I feel is apathy, like I'm post human. I don't know I'm high and trying to guess what's wrong with me.

lololol post human... I wear solid colors with no designs or styles or anything and i'm always staring off into space too and ppl also say i'm weird. I just say they are fucking stupid and i hate them and anyone who thinks i'm weird for thinking about normal things and using logic all the time

Most people can't really understand why people stray away from the norms, hence classifying you as weird. You're probably more interesting than they are, or maybe you're just a social fucktard and they recognised that straight off the bat.

Some people think that's a bad thing, some people don't give a shit; that's the only real direct effects. Whether it's a good thing or not depends on whether you care.

Not really. When you say 'embrace your weirdness,' you make weirdness the object of being weird. When you're yourself, weirdness can only be incidental.
