shipping noveltys
im doing a group order for noveltys and im going to be the one buying and then shipping them out individually
what's the best way to ship novelty ids out without them being caught? how much does it cost?
and how does idchief usually send them? will it be ups/fedex to the door or USPS?
edit: also how can i prevent people from sending me payment then charging back after i ship them? just withdraw the $ from paypal as soon as it comes in? is it ok to have this paypal connected to me somehow? (CC, bank, name, etc)

Re: shipping noveltys
put 6 pieces of printer paper in a stack. Take two note cards and tape them to the top piece of paper, in the center, from edge to edge parallel with the shorter (8.5'') side. Tape the id on top of the note cards. then put two more note cards over the id. then wrap the remaining paper edges into the center. Insert into an envelope with 2 stamps and put into a drop box.
I wouldn't have the paypal associated to me.

Re: shipping noveltys
use western union bro, if you use a secret question & it's under $1000 you don't need ID to pick it up...

Re: shipping noveltys
fuck that use moneypaks, the best thing you can do, western union is traceable
e.g me being a cop asking for a novetly, you tell me a name to send the money to, i tell western union your name and tell them to hold you as long as they can until local pd comes, which is about a couple minutes. they pick u up fuck u in the ass and your done.

Re: shipping noveltys
paypal is a lot cheaper than WU/moneygram thats why i asked, and i wasn't sure if they would try and trace thru paypal or w/e since it's just novelty IDs for a movie (not like we're terrorists)
how does a moneypak work? from the website it looks like you can't really do anything with it besides transfer the money to paypal. doesn't that defeat the purpose if i can't just turn it into cash? like the only thing i can see is it adds an extra $5 charge, paypal already costs money... i must be missing something here.
can i just leave the return address blank for the envelope?

It's still illegal & you can get charged with a crime when caught. Take precautions for your freedom, no matter what it is you are doing.

You email the moneypak code to the person who is doing your id. They then add it to their paypal made with (hopefully) fake details.

Re: shipping noveltys
On the contrary, USPS might send it out, but it does look a lot shadier if you don't have a return address. Just google a real one and update your return every other time you mail. Better yet, build a database in excel, and go through a series of them in word.
For all intents and purposes though, it'd be fine if it's just one or two envelopes, but if you're trying have a dozen envelopes mailed that day all without return labels, and all have roughly the same thickness/density, most of it won't get through.

Re: shipping noveltys
Do not put a return address, or put a bogus return address. I mail envelopes with no return addresses all day and never have mail lost.
Drop them in blue postal boxes around the city or in different towns.

Re: shipping noveltys
I just put the address I'm sending to as the return address as well. Seems to work fine.

I wish I shared your optimism, but nearly 25% of the mail I used to send without return labels never make it to clients. Of course, these are regular mails I'm talking about. Only Swim would do something illegal.
Nowadays, I have it automated from a database. But yeah, you could also have clients give you an alt address so returns go there instead. Now if you could figure out a way to automate that...

just put their delivery address as the return, they only look at the return address if there having trouble with the delivery address. never leave it blank, draws ALOT of suspicion and most defitnetly gets searched for liquid, powder terror agents.

word, good advice. the reason i asked if its ok to have the paypal associated with me is because these are all people that i trust who will be paying me, they have just moved to different states. i guess that doesnt really matter though.

from what i understand idchief does not take money pak, we must pay with Western Union or Moneygram. (i see money pak can be used to transfer to WU/MG but idk if he will be ok with that)
i am not wondering how to send the money to idchief, but how to get the money sent to me from the individual buyers so that i can send it all out as a group order. i didnt word that well before. so i should have them send me moneypak codes, i sign up for a paypal using fake details, and then add it to the paypal? how do i withdraw it? i thought paypal was usually connected to a bank account or credit card. sorry im new at this, i have no idea how hard/simple it is to use a paypal with fake details lol
and thanks for the info about the return address.

Re: shipping noveltys
Yeah if u just make a paypal with false details u can't verify it...easily. Paypal sucks to get cash money out of. U can verify it but u will need a bank account in a false name and a drop address associated. Otherwise use another service that let's you cash out by cheque, cash, or prepaid credit card. If ur game filter the money through online gaming but remember a lot require a certain amount of bets before you can cash out.

Re: shipping noveltys
Using PayPal is not a good idea. It will lead right to you if you haven't taken measures to get an account in a name that's not yours. Also the payers can get their money back through paypal after you've sent the ID's. Try Liberty Reserve if you're doing this often.

that's not true. They are not checked, even at random if you're using USPS. The gov needs warrants to open any first class mail (Priority is included). If a package or letter (but mostly packages) in the US is noticed to meet suspicious mail indicators (no return address being one of these, along with poorly written addresses, excessive postage, lumpy packaging, etc.), they will get a dog to smell it, x-ray it or otherwise scan it for contraband, but they cannot open it. If they find something from there, they can get a warrant to open it and if there is contraband they might do a controlled delivery. Most of the time though, they don't catch whatever's going through and even then, they probably won't do a CD unless it's a good amount of drugs or something.
Having no return address is not a great idea. However, putting a fake one I'm pretty sure is considered mail fraud, so weigh your options. Putting the shipping address also as the return address can be suspicious because the zip code of the sending location is not even near the zip code of the return address. This is not great. I would just use a real return address that is not associated with me in any way. That is the best policy. Using one of a UPS store with no box number or an apartment complex with no apt number is probably a good idea. Make sure the address is real and the zip code matches it. Using fake addresses is also a red flag.
Google "USPS suspicious mail indicators"
http://anonym.to/?http://www.tn.gov/...ty/id_mail.htm
http://anonym.to/?http://www.usps.co...iciousmail.htm
Also Profiling Postal Packages (FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin) is a good read.
