1. Think about what you want to blog about.
You can blog about cheat codes.. to cooking recipes. Who cares, you don't even need to be passionate about it. Business is Business...
If you're a girl. maybe a make up blog.
2. Get a free domain from blogspost.com....
3. Get ads from adsense.com
(they pay per click.. do NOT click on your own ads.. they have advance fraud detection.. including geo ip...)
Put these ads on your site.
4. Start promoting your site (use digg.com, reddit.com, and all the other social networking sites, start commenting on youtube videos!). Tell your friends about the site. Have them tell their friends.
5. For every 100 visitors per day to your blog, you will make about $1-$2.
Ways to Upgrade:
When you are making about $150/mo, you can pay an Indian worker $100/mo from freelancer.com to continue making posts for you!
How to cash out:
You can sell your site on Flippa.com! But in order for people to take you seriously, you would need a domain. You can get a cheap one for $2.99, a .info, from namecheap.com. If you need hosting for $9.99/mo, let me know, I can point you in the right direction. Or just search for "Free hosting" on google.

Oh yeah and buy some provigil and piracetam+choline. Get your motivation and creative juices flowing. Most people can't write for shit when they most need to, but will gladly piss away hours writing essays to debate shit on forums.
No one talks more passionately about his rights than he who in the depths of his soul doubts whether he has any. - neechee
the blogging scene is over saturated with idiotic "get-rich-quickers" thinking they can make a fortune off their poorly designed website.
but they're FAR TOO LATE to the game.
Pretty much this. Nowadays, you won't pull in a 100k visitors if your content is shit. You have to have a brand to your name or write quality content. Remember, people HAVE TO WANT TO read you, that's the only way to stand out from thousands of other worthless blogs.
This is one distrusting smiley.
Equality is mediocrity.
Man,i've been thinking about doing something like this for awile but the only thing is,how would i get people to want to read MY shit? I mean i would probably do mine about one of the MMORPGS i've played..but i just dont see myself actually bringing in worthwhile money? Or is it easier to get $ than that?
