I randomly caught part of the trial on CNN and looked it up after that.. basically this bitch murdered her baby and got away with it. OJ all over again.

It's the same thing with all these televised court cases; it doesn't matter whether the accused is innocent or not, the people always wants to see 'em fry.
I'm glad I never got sucked into this fad.

Normally I'd agree, but nothing about her defense makes sense, there was so much evidence, and then this happens. This bitch should fry. I've done quite a bit of work on the behalf of those wrongly imprisoned/on death row, mainly Troy Davis.

Well that is refreshing. Last time I checked in on the case the circuit court had basically said "Fuck off, we don't care if you're innocent we're going to kill you, get over it."

The Supreme Court rejected his most recent appeal this year. He's probably going to wind up executed. Oh well, nobody gives a fuck. Jus' 'nother po' nigra.

She was found not guilty on the charge of FIRST DEGREE murder, meaning, she did not set out to intentionally kill her baby. the baby may have died, but it is very hard to convince a jury of 12 that she concockded a plot to murder her baby. if they would have charged her with second degree murder, she would have been convicted. dumb prosecutor, not so much the jury.
this case is like the OJ trial, not paying attention to the charges and facts makes for a lot of miss guided statements. weird, but facts are important
