Default Avoiding child support/tax evasion/hiding income

Okay so aside from comments like "don't be a deadbeat dad" I am curious about constructive solutions to avoid some child support. You'd still have to pay some child support, but I'm curious about hiding income.

I live in Canada, and child support is based on your total income that you claim when doing your taxes at the end of the year.

There are always jobs on the side. Let's say someone is a nurse, I suppose they could try to start their own private practice but that could be difficult.

Real estate, starting your own business in someone else's name, and doing jobs on the side are the only ways I know of..

What else can a person do?

put all your money in a trust fund and withdraw it in cash...

it requires someone you trust or a fake identity

Work under the table for cash, or under a different ID. I honestly can't blame you for not wanting to pay child support.

In the USA, many women make a sort of career out of having kids with pseudo-financially stable men, and then divorcing them.

Another hustle from the older generation is that the woman would claim that the man "left her and her kids". The man would change his official address to his mom's house. The woman would start getting benefits, while the man would stay at the house, very much serving a father/husband role. The "husband" went on working, collecting a paycheck, having his mail sent to his mom's house and ostensibly living there, while the wife collected benefits from the government. He'd just have to make sure that his men's clothes and stuff were not around when the inspector came by.

Hey thanks for the comments guys those are really good ideas.

Yeah women are bitches, this bitch is getting way too much money from me. I don't mind paying say 250$ a month in child support but it's wayyyy more than that! The kid doesn't see the money and child support should be based on the kid's NEEDS, not your income! On top of that, I do see my kid a lot but it counts for nothing and still have to pay way too much.

Fuck these women who make a career and an easy life off of men. Men should have the choice to adopt the child to either the mother or someone else... and walk away.

So how does a trust fund hide income that you're earning? Don't you have to claim the income anyways?

And if I were to work under a different ID, how would I go about doing that?

What specifically are some good side jobs to get paid in cash? Any ideas about any cash nursing jobs? I'm able bodied, and I'm pretty handy with motorcycles and handyman stuff as well.

I'm not going to pretend to be an expert on Canadian trust law, but down here simple trusts are like corporations/partnerships and are taxed like them, usually. A trust, by simple definition, is when someone transfers assets to someone else for the benefit of a third person. It's pretty complicated. Certainly not something to just jump into without legal help.

Ah ok I sort of understand.. I've seen lawyers often take cheques into their trust funds when taking down payments for houses so that's one example.

To pull these things off perhaps a crooked accountant would be a good idea.

I'm sure that's exxagerated as im not sure how you can live like that - children eat up resources and money so i doubt the measly child support will pay for that.

It all depends on whether or not you get the right guy. I shouldn't have put "pseudo financially stable", that was a mistake on my part. Look at the Schwarzenegger kid. You get a guy like that, you're set.
