I'm not pleased. I was planning on washing my hair tonight and now how the fuck am I meant to do it?? I also start my new job tomorrow and am not going to be able to do anything like write or dismantle computers properly when I've got a flap of skin hanging off my little finger, cut to the bone, fucking butterfly strips on, and a couple of plasters on top of that. every time i try to bend my finger it starts pissing with blood and takes 15 mins to stop, and on top of this most of my finger has gone numb

you can probably see there it's not bad enough to need stitches, it's deep but not too big a wound. I got my neighbour who is a pharmacist to look at it and he put butterfly stitches and plasters on for me

fuck glasses, I'm using plastic beakers from now on. glass is the tool of the devil

yeah I was like "FUCK" because I was convinced I'd done some serious damage like went through a nerve or some gay shit, it looked so bad and I had to keep pressure on it for fucking aaaages before it would stop bleeding enough to be cleaned and dressed

but when I cleaned it I realised that though it's pretty deep and a nasty wound (in terms of being a clean cut), it'll be fine in a couple of days

it's throbbing now, and I can feel wet blood under the dressing
