Hey I just noticed something.

Women are always like "Fat is beautiful! Fat is fine!" but then if an animal gets really fat, they'll be saying how it's animal abuse. So wtf? Which is it? Is being fat fine, or is being fat bad?

WHICH IS IT?!?!?!?!

It's okay for a human to be obese, but if an animal is obese it's cruel. Okaaay... here's an idea. Just admit that you being overweight is a bad thing, and stop using the excuse "lol people are just shallow and can't see inner beauty!" so you don't have to lose weight.

The inner beauty of a fat person is not beauty, its laziness, very few have the right to blame it on an illness. I blame media. (tv, internet, radio to a lesser extent)

I keep seeing people going to vending machines and ordering soft drinks, chips etc. People are always eating bad foods and I feel like the only one who eats healthy. I don't watch TV or follow pop culture or anything either, so I think that maybe everyone really is being brainwashed by the stuff that isn't exposed to me.

Not just possible but extremely likely. I was on a 3 day fruit detox some weeks ago and eventhough I hardly crave anything other than sandwiches, at the end of day 2 I was craving anything aslong as it was processed and fatty. It was tough.

That's because your body needs fat, not sugar. I mean, for God's sake you could have "detoxed" with Sprite and vitamins and gotten the same results as eating fruit. It never really occurred that the human body evolved to primarily eat proteins and animal fats for survival?

Is there a limit though?

If a culture finds the bare minimum for being fat 125 kilograms, does that make it so? That is an abnormal and unhealthy wieght, it's over the normal wieght, and hence fat... independently of what someone or some culture thinks.

If a person is heavy but healthy, then I see no problem with that. Some people have a lot of muscle, others are tall, and some are just naturally thick. What I do have a problem with is the people who don't take care of themselves and eat way too much or don't exercise. I'm sure there is a limit, but that goes to the extremes.
