Well, the problem is that we as a society simply don't like to think about the ethical, moral, spiritual, whatever, implications of the decisions we make based on the passion of the moment and the goading of the omnipresent media. I can find nothing, through records, internet searches, Hauntings in Vermont, NOTHING to back this story up. At some point in this whole sad tale, Daniel snuck out of the house by slipping out of his bedroom window. As the police protagonists investigate his death along with the suddenly-destructive behaviour of the Mecha he wrote the operating system for, they reveal a sophisticated Xanatos Gambit. All donations are anonymous on the wiki and unacknowledged, as we don't wish to create a hierarchy among Tropers.

To kill a living human being is a crime of murder.
Therefore to kill your clone is murder.
